Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It exists to keep the service, its users and third parties safe. We enforce it: accounts and targets that breach it are suspended, and section 9 of the terms applies.

Public content only

You may not use FastAF to access or attempt to access:

• content behind a login, a paywall or any other access control;
• anything using passwords, authentication cookies, session tokens or other credentials, whether yours, a customer's or anyone else's;
• private networks, localhost, cloud metadata endpoints or other non-public infrastructure;
• a target that has blocked you or us, or after receiving a cease-and-desist notice concerning that target.

Lawful purposes only

You may not use the service to:

• collect or process personal data without a lawful basis, or in breach of applicable data protection law;
• collect special-category data (health, biometric, political, religious, sexual orientation), data about children, credentials or precise location data;
• surveil, stalk, dox or profile identified individuals, or make decisions about employment, credit, housing or insurance without the legally required safeguards;
• infringe copyright, database rights, trademarks or trade secrets, or reproduce third-party content in a way that substitutes for the original;
• send spam or phishing, distribute malware, commit ad or click fraud, run credential attacks, create fake accounts or fake reviews, or operate ticket-purchasing bots;
• attack, overload or disrupt any site, or place a load on a target that a reasonable operator would consider abusive;
• break any law that applies to you or to the target of the request.

Your responsibility

You choose the targets, the queries and what to do with the results. Compliance with the terms of the sites you target, with intellectual property law and with data protection law is your responsibility, and you warrant to us that every instruction you send is lawful. We do not review your targets in advance, but we may block categories of targets at any time and refuse any request.

Platform integrity

• Do not share, resell or white-label access to the service without a written agreement with us.
• Do not probe, reverse engineer or attempt to discover our infrastructure or providers.
• Do not create multiple free accounts to evade limits.

Reporting abuse

If you are a site operator, a rights holder or a data subject and believe the service is being misused, write to abuse@fastaf.co with the target URL, the approximate time, the right you believe is affected and how we can contact you. We review reports promptly, we can block a target for all customers, and we act on credible reports, typically within 48 hours.
